Shipping to the UK addresses
Currently we ship our items with Royal Mail postal service and we can only accept the orders shipping to the UK address only on this online shop. If you'd like to order from overseas, please contact us and we can discuss options.

Shipping cost
We offer free shipping above £300 purchase with some exceptions for the large and heavy items.

Delivery time
For items in stock, we aim to ship in 3 to 5 working days from your order. Please contact us first if you would like your order received sooner, we can discuss the possibilities. For made to order items, we will contact customer when the items are made and ready to ship.

Pick up from studio/workshop
We welcome pick up from our workshop in Charlton, South East London. Please arrange your visit in advance on email, as we are a working design/making studio and may not be always available. Our studio hours are 10.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Friday. We don't usually accept the pick ups on weekends. We are a short walk from Charlton train station.
